At first I thought the Post simply prostrated itself before the Diversity Gods
by assigning an Arab dude to cover the hockey beat, but Tarik really went above and beyond in mastering his knowledge of the NHL, the minors, and all that. In fact, he might have a greater depth of knowledge with regard to his beat than any other journalist at the Post. If he makes the same effort with the Hoyas, he could be bigger than Barker. This is a huge offseason development.
