Interesting review. Takes a direct look at Georgetown basketball and the factors that go into the stadium and it's atmosphere. Students get a big shout out here with a 5/5 rating.

I’m also amused at how his writing indicates that he is equally excited about the full day spa as he is about dozens of different beers or the student section’s HOYA SAXA chants. Then again, after the fits that this team regularly puts fans through, maybe he’s onto something with that post-game massage…

So very many things wrong with that review
For one, during visiting team introductions, Georgetown students don’t turn their backs on the court to chant Hoya Saxa. They chant Let’s Go Hoyas!
I think you can sum his issue up as “easily amused.”
